Yes. Nibanna integrates with your existing EHR and practice-management systems so scheduling, intake, and eligibility stay in sync with the tools your clinic already uses.

Does Nibanna support multiple languages?

Yes. Nibanna's agents converse with patients in multiple languages, so callers are helped in the language they are most comfortable with.

Can Nibanna support substance-use and addiction treatment programs?

Yes. Nibanna is built with behavioral health regulations in mind, including 42 CFR Part 2 for substance-use treatment records.

How is patient and voice data protected?

During a call, voice is processed in real time and is not stored after the session ends. For clinic customers, Nibanna operates on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure under a Business Associate Agreement.
